I was careful to add that everything we do intentionally, we do either to obtain pleasure or avoid discomfort. Sleeping, having a period of feeling cold are not intentional actions. Actually they’re barely actions at all. You can’t control, them. You can’t skip a period or choose to stop feeling hot in a sauna. And as far as sleep is concerned, I don’t know what to say, I think a lot of people would disagree that it doesn’t bring any sort of pleasure 😛
